Adem\u00e1s estas cl\u00e1usulas, seg\u00fan el art\u00edculo 29 del reglamento mencionado, se incorporan autom\u00e1ticamente a los contratos individuales de trabajo y se interpretan como normas jur\u00eddicas durante su vigencia del contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-foreground-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3919017eb92f6cbcbdf76eb993277697\"><strong>Conclusi\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-foreground-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-33117d37f4b23c1aad5de49cca88d4c5\">Adem\u00e1s se acord\u00f3 por unanimidad que, cuando existe una duda insalvable sobre el sentido de las cl\u00e1usulas normativas de las convenciones colectivas, despu\u00e9s de aplicar los m\u00e9todos de interpretaci\u00f3n normativa (incluido el literal), que debe prevalecer la interpretaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s favorable al trabajador.
